These fixtures clamp are made of heat resistance and high intensity insulation Bakelite. The advantage of fixture is strong fire proof and not easy to out of shape. The fixture is made by numerically controlled machine tool to process Bakelite to make sure fix position accurately. It is indispensable tool for battery pack manufacturer.
Insulating Bakelite: The feature of Bakelite is non-absorption, non-conductivity, high temperature
resistance and high strength. It is most used in electrical operation. It is called “Bakelite” because
of insulation like wood and good plasticity. Bakelite is made of powdered phenolic resin, mixed
with sawdust, asbestos or clay, etc. The finished product is pressed with a mold in high
temperature. Phenolic resin is the first synthetic resin in the world.
Battery fixtures could be adjusted: The battery fixture is made of imported high-temperature
resistance and high-density insulation Bakelite. It has advantages of environmental protection and
strong fire resistance and corrosion resistance and no deformation. The battery fixture is processed
by CNC machine tool to make sure the Bakelite is in accurate size. It is essential tool for battery
pack manufacturer.
